Delete your account
Ask for deletion in Settings on your phone. Your account is deleted after 30 days, and your membership isn't cancelled.

Cancel your membership first. Deleting your account doesn't stop App Store, Google Play or web billing. See Change or cancel your membership.
- Open the Cookbook tab, tap your initials, then tap the gear for Settings.
- Under Support, tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete to confirm. You'll be signed out, and we'll email you to confirm.
Changed your mind?
You have 30 days. Sign in, go to Settings, and tap Cancel Deletion on the banner at the top.
What gets deleted
Your name, email and profile, your saved and imported recipes, your meal plans and grocery lists, your cooking history and your Cook Well AI chats. If you're in a household, what you added to it stays with the household.
No phone?
Email support@cookwell.com from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
