High Protein Beef Bowl

Ingredients
Seasoned beef
- 93/7 ground beef450 g1 lb
- tomato paste7 ga spoonful
- salt7 ga spoonful
- cumin3 ga sprinkle
- smoked paprika3 ga sprinkle
- cayenne pepper2 ga sprinkle
Yogurt sauce
- yogurt, non-fat, plain50 g3 parts
- green chile sauce15 g1 part
- lime juicea drizzle
Bowl components
- tortilla chips~10for serving
- monterrey jack cheese30 ga handful
- red onions, diced
- pickled jalapeños, diced
- romaine lettuce, chopped
Method
Step 1: Brown the beef
In a pan, add the ground beef, salt, and spices. Use a wooden spoon or potato masher to break up the beef as it cooks over medium-high heat. Once the beef is well , add in the tomato paste along with a splash of water and mix until the beef is glazed.
Step 2: Make the sauce
In a small bow, mix together yogurt, green chile sauce, and lime juice until homogenous and desired spice/acidity is reached.
Step 3: Assemble the bowl
Chop the veggies to your desired size, and grate the cheese. To assemble, add the lettuce as a base, then follow with 1/3 of the beef, grated cheese, pickled jalapeños, red onion, and the green chile yogurt sauce. Mix it all up and then eat it with a serving tortilla chips.
