Ingredients
2 parts protein
- cooked chicken~226 g1/2 lb
1 part aromatics
- carrots~25 g
- celery~25 g
- onions~25 g
- scallions~25 g
1/4 creamy
- mayonnaise~25 g
1/8 part acidic & flavor adjusters
- mustard~12 g
- garlic powderto taste
- paprikato taste
- onion powderto taste
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste
Method
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Shred or dice the cooked chicken.
Prep any aromatics you want to throw in like carrots, celery, or onions.
Step 2: Mix together & serve
Mix together all chicken salad components.
Adjust with more mayo if desired, more mustard for acidity, and salt + spices to taste. Serve with lettuce wraps, crackers, or bread.
