Pita Pizza
This pita ‘pizza’ is fresh and highly customize-able.
This pizza, or flatbread, is a great way to use up whatever you have in the fridge. It has five main components: the pita, sauce base, cheese, cooked toppings and fresh toppings. Here’s one of my favorite renditions.
