Jamaican Jerk Chicken Stew

Step 1: Blend the aromatic paste

  • Aromatic paste

    • garlic
      , chopped
      2-3 cloves
    • shallots
      , chopped
      2
    • habanero peppers
      , chopped
      2
    • fresh ginger
      , chopped
      1” knob
    • allspice
      , ground
      a spoonful10 g
    • curry powder
      a spoonful10 g

Chop up the aromatics and toss them in a blender or food processor. Pulse until the aromatics are finely diced.

Pulse in the allspice and curry powder with the aromatics to finish the paste
