Step 1: Blend the aromatic paste
Aromatic paste
- garlic, chopped2-3 cloves
- shallots, chopped2
- habanero peppers, chopped2
- fresh ginger, chopped1” knob
- allspice, grounda spoonful10 g
- curry powdera spoonful10 g
Chop up the aromatics and toss them in a blender or food processor. Pulse until the aromatics are finely diced.
Pulse in the allspice and curry powder with the aromatics to finish the paste
