Homemade Big Mac

Step 1: Prep the sauce & patties

  • Single Big Mac components

    • 85/15 ground beef
      200 g
    • salt
  • Big Mac sauce

    • mayonnaise
      30 g
    • ketchup
      20 g
    • dijon mustard
      10 g
    • pickles
      , diced
      2-3
    • smoked paprika
      a sprinkle
    • onion powder
      a sprinkle
    • black pepper
      a sprinkle

Set a bowl on a scale and add all the ingredients. Mix together and taste. Adjust the salt and other ingredients as needed.

Form the ground beef into two evenly-sized balls and sprinkle with salt.
