
Fish en Papillote
An easy way to make fish.

This is a fool-proof way to make fish. You can get fancy with the parchment folding, but what really matters is that you create a sealed environment so the fish gently .

Ingredients
2 parts fish
- cod~ 170 g1 fillet
1 part vegetables
- green beans, thinly sliced~ 85 g
Aromatics
- citrus slicesto taste
- herbsto taste
- garlicto taste
- scallionsto taste
Poaching components
- broth, or white winea splash
- salta sprinkle
Method
Step 1: Prepare the parchment paper
Cut parchment paper into a large circle.
Place vegetables, aromatics, and a filet on one half of the parchment. Sprinkle with salt.
Fold the parchment over and seal the edges to create a package. Add cooking liquid before sealing completely.
Repeat for remaining servings.
Step 2: Bake the fish
Transfer parchment boats to a cooking sheet, then at 375°F/190°C for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the fish is cooked through.
Step 3: Serve
Taste & adjust with an extra sprinkle of salt, if needed.
Transfer packages to plates. You can serve the meal right in its parchment package. Enjoy.
