Step 1: Season & sear the chicken thighs
Cumin crusted chicken
- chicken thighs, boneless1-2
- salta sprinkle
- cumina sprinkle
- cooking oilas needed
Preheat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, generously season all sides of the chicken with salt. Add an even sprinkle of cumin seeds to one side.
When the pan is hot, add a drizzle of oil, then lay the chicken thighs cumin side down to and develop color.
- Leave them undisturbed for a few minutes. Use this time to clean or gather remaining ingredients.
