    • deli ham
  • Fatty cold cuts (1 part)

    • salami
    • mortadella
    • soppressata
    • fennel soppressata
    • prosciutto
  • Cheese (1 part)

    • parmigiano reggiano
    • provolone
    • fresh mozzarella

Add 2 parts your preferred lean cut meat as a base to the roll. Next, add 1 part of two different fattier meats on top.

  • Mix & match to your preference.

Add the cheese on top of the meat.
