Pita Pizza

Step 3: Assemble & bake the ‘pizza’

  • Base components

    • low-moisture mozzarella
      , shredded
      75 g
    • roasted red pepper hummus
      ~ 60 g
    • lebanese style pita
      1
  • Fresh toppings

    • lettuce
      , shredded
    • tomatoes
      , diced
    • pickled onions
    • seared chicken

Place the pita down and spread the hummus over it evenly. Next, add the cheese and chicken, or whatever cooked toppings you want.

  • Pull the hot sheet pan from the oven and place the pita on top. Slide it into the oven to for 5 or so minutes until the cheese is melted.

Pull the pizza out and add the lettuce, tomato, and pickled onion or whatever else you like. Get creative and have fun with it!

Slice it up & enjoy.
