    • ground coriander

    • garam masala
      1 part
    • kashmiri chili powder
      1 part
    • turmeric powder
      , ground
      1/2 part
    • black pepper
      , freshly ground
      1/2 part
    • msg
      , optional
      1/8 part

Stir all the spices into the sauce.

Let the sauce for another 5-10 minutes until it is fairly thick, stirring frequently.
