Step 2: Crisp the beef & prep the roll
Sandwich components
- bread roll4-6
- sriracha
- hoisin
- maggi seasoning
- braised beef
Pull the beef out and shred it up.
- Place it in containers to use on various dishes throughout the week.
Set a pan over medium-high heat and add some of the braised meat. Once the meat is starting to crisp up, add a squirt of sriracha, a squirt of hoisin sauce, and lastly, a couple of shakes of Maggi seasoning.
Slice your bread roll, if needed (and optionally toast).
