Step 5: Add the peas & serve
Chicken & vegetables
- green peas160 g~ 1/3 lb
For serving
- toasted coconut powder
- scallions
- limes
Once the potatoes have softened, add the peas. Cook for a minute or so until the peas are warmed through.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed (with more vinegar, soy sauce, or spices as needed)
Serve with whatever garnishes you have on hand. Coconut powder is a great way to add a kick of sweetness and aroma.
