Honey Chipotle Glazed Chicken Kebabs

Step 1: Dry brine the chicken

    • chicken thighs
      4~700 g / 1.5 lb

Salt the chicken thighs and place them on a baking sheet. Set in the fridge, and let dry for 1 hour or up to 24 hours overnight.
