Chili Oil Beef Noodles

Step 1: Make the chili vinaigrette

  • Chili vinaigrette

    • chili crisp oil
      45 g
    • soy sauce
      30 g
    • sesame oil
      5 g
    • lime juice
      1/2 lime
    • peanut butter
      30g

Set a container over a scale. Add chili crisp, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix together until the sauce is homogenous.

Store in the fridge until ready to use.
