Stir fry components
- cooking oilas needed
- garlic, minced2 cloves
- shallots, finely diced1/4
- onions, thinly sliced1/4
- red bell peppers, thinly sliced1/2
Set a wok or large pan over high heat and add a drizzle of neutral oil to the pan.
