Braised Beef Frito Pie

Step 2: Assemble the Frito pies

  • Fritos & garnishes

    • frito corn chips
      1 bag
    • colby jack cheese
      , grated
      to taste
    • white onions
      , diced
      to taste
    • cilantro
      , minced
      to taste
    • sour cream
      to taste
    • hot sauce
      to taste

    • chili braised meat

In serving bowls, layer in a portion of Fritos and grated cheese. Top with the warmed chili braised meat, then garnish with diced onion, cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce as desired.

  • Alternatively, serve the chili and garnishes right in the Frito bag.
