Step 2: Mix the sauce

  • Bibimbap sauce

    • gochujang
      2 spoonfuls30 g
    • garlic
      , grated
      2 cloves
    • fresh ginger
      , grated
      1-inch knob
    • mirin
      a spoonful15 g
    • rice vinegar
      a spoonful10 g
    • water
      a spoonful15 g
    • sesame oil
      a drizzle5 g

Place a bowl over a scale and add the ingredients for the bibimbap sauce: gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Mix and set aside.
