- olive oil2 spoonfuls
- garlic, minced5 cloves
- shallots, thinly sliced1
- fresno pepper, minced1
In a deep pot, add the olive oil, garlic, shallot, red pepper, & aromatics. over medium heat until fragrant and the vegetables have softened but not browned.
