Steak with Red Wine Pan Sauce

Step 1: Brine the steak

  • Steak

    • steak of choice
      1
    • salt
    • cooking oil
      a drizzle

Sprinkle salt over both sides of the steak.

  • If you have time, allow the steak to dry for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Prep the shallot, parsley and gather all the ingredients needed for the pan sauce.
