Step 3: Assemble the rolls
Roll components
- asian rice noodles5 g
- rice paper wrapper1
2 parts protein of choice
- shrimp, poached~10 g
- tofu
- chicken, thinly sliced
1 part crunchy veg of choice
- carrots, thinly sliced~ 5 g
- cucumbers, thinly sliced
- bell peppers, thinly sliced
- cabbage, thinly sliced
1 part greens of choice
- cilantro~ 5 g
- scallions
- lettuce
- fresh mint
- peanut sauce
Pass a rice paper through water, and then add the ingredients of choice in layers. Carefully roll it all up. Enjoy with the peanut sauce.
