Step 1: Prep, cook, or gather ingredients

      , cooked & chopped

    • green peas
      , thawed or cooked
      150 g1.5 parts
    • dried pasta
      112 g2 parts
    • mozzarella pearls
      100 g1 part
    • romaine lettuce
      , thinly sliced
      35 ga handful
    • pepperoncini peppers
      , thinly sliced
      15 ga spoonful
    • cherry tomatoes
      , quartered
      100 g1 part
    • red onions
      , thinly sliced
      20 ga handful
  • Dressing

    • parmigiano reggiano
      , grated
      20 ga handful
    • extra virgin olive oil
      30 g2 spoonfuls
    • lemon juice
      1/2 lemon
    • dried oregano
      a sprinkle
    • black pepper
      a sprinkle
    • salt
      to taste

Gather, chop, and/or cook the ingredients you’ll need:

  1. Cook the chicken however you like, and dice it up.
  2. & drain the pasta.
  3. Chop any vegetables.
  4. Gather dressing components, etc.
