Step 2: Make the chimichurri
Chimichurri
- parsley, minced1 bunch
- olive oil75 g
- vinegar25 g
- garlic, minced2 cloves
- red pepper flakesa sprinkle
- saltto taste
Add parsley and garlic to a bowl, then add the olive oil and vinegar, which should barely submerge the mixture. If you want a looser consistency, add a bit more oil and vinegar. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and salt, then taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- This should make enough for 4-6 sandwiches.
