High Protein Za’atar Chicken & Hummus Wrap

Step 2: Assemble the wrap

    • high protein tortilla wrap
      1
    • hummus
      28 gtwo spoonfuls
    • pickles
      ~8or to taste
    • feta
      15 g1 spoonful
    • cooked chicken

Spread a thin layer of hummus into the center of the tortilla wrap. Add a layer of pickles, and then add all of the cooked chicken. Finish with crumbled feta over top.

Tightly roll up the tortilla (like a burrito) to contain the wrap.
