Step 2: Prep & cook the chicken
The chicken
- chicken breasts, thinly sliced175 g1 small breast or ~1/3 lb
- salta sprinkle
- neutral oilfor cooking
Thinly slice the chicken breast across the grain.
Season lightly with salt, then in a hot pan with a small amount of oil until just cooked through.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°.
